Kladann has a modern Data Center located in the headquarters. It has all the communication infrastructure, environmental control of temperature, smoke and humidity, no-break, generator, control of physical and logical access, thermal isolated walls, elevated floor and non-flammable ceiling, remote monitoring, dedicated internet access, direct extensions calling (DDR telephone lines) and support rooms with work stations configured to meet customers needs. Because of all these features, Kladann can offer its clients, the following services:

• Equipment for tests of operational systems and packages migration,
• Equipment for historic data processing (legacy),
• Media types of zSeries platform conversion,
• Media and backups validation.

Apart from the services mentioned above, we are able to install BACKUP SITE or CONTINGENCY SITE. We use our own computational resources of IBM hardware, which makes possible the continuity of our client's business even in cases of disaster of their installations.

There are 3 different ways to support our customers needs as follows:

DEDICATED (HOT SITE) – It allows data update in real time and in identical environment to which the customer has, leaving all the infrastructure and the dedicated computational capacity hired available to be accessed by the customer's users in a short period of time after the occurrence of failure in the main installation.

SHARED – The computational capacity and the necessary infrastructure to meet customer's needs are shared with other enterprises, thus reducing the solution cost.

FAST START – The infrastructure and the computational capacity are available for the customer's use and the operational environment is already installed, only being necessary some data update for the thorough system operation. In this case, the customer is responsible for the frequency of updates.
